auction entry fees

Properties entered in to auction via one of our member estate agents:

The fee for entering a property in to auction if your property is already on the sales market with one of our member estate agents is set at a competitive £650 including vat. This fee is payable upfront at the point of entering the property for auction. No further fees are payable to Sell By Auction. You will require a legal pack, the cost of which is not included in the entry fee.

Entering a property in to auction directly with Sell By Auction:

The entry fee is competitively set at £650 including vat. This fee is payable upfront at the point of entering the property for auction. When your property sells at auction, the following fee also apply:

You (the seller) agree to pay 2% of the final sale price once the hammer falls to a minimum fee of £2,000 (£2,300 including vat at the rate of 15%).

Please note that you are responsible for providing a legal pack to us 3 days before auction. If you would like us to arrange a legal pack on your behalf, please do not hesitate to speak to us about this.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO ONE FURTHER AUCTION ENTRY FREE OF CHARGE IF THE PROPERTY FAILS TO SELL AT THE FIRST AUCTION.
